1. Eligibility for Returns

- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
2. Return Process
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return.
- Please provide order details and a description of the issue when reaching out.
- Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the return eligibility criteria.
- In case of approved returns, refunds will be processed through the original payment method (cash on delivery refunds will be issued in cash or equivalent adjustment).
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
